The TazPad v2 is a 7-inch Android NFC tablet from French connectivity specialist TazTag.
The device runs Android 4 and features ZigBee wireless as well as Wifi, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1 and NFC. The TazPad has an embedded secure element and offers biometric security via an integrated Authentec fingerprint scanner.
The device was announced in February 2011 and is targeted at the retail environment.
There is also a 2MP camera mounted on the front and a 5MP camera on the back.
